Golden edges, melting cheese, and fluffy eggs come together in these bite-sized delights that feel straight out of a brunch café. Each warm bite bursts with creamy texture, light spice, and comforting oven-fresh aroma.
4 eggs ¼ cup milk 2 tbsp chopped onion 2 tbsp chopped capsicum 2 tbsp grated cheese ½ tsp chilli flakes ½ tsp black pepper Salt to taste 1 tsp butter or oil
Preheat the oven to 180°C and lightly grease a muffin tray.
Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and chilli flakes till airy.
Fold in onion, capsicum, and cheese evenly.
Pour mixture into moulds, filling three-fourths.
Bake 12-15 minutes until puffed and lightly golden; cool slightly before serving.
