Imagine coming home after a long and tiring day to an empty kitchen and a cold refrigerator. If you are a working professional, it is probably your reality. This buttery garlicky pasta is exactly what you need. Note down the recipe because you will be repeating it at least three times a week.
200 g spaghetti pasta 2-3 garlic cloves 4 tbsp unsalted butter ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese Salt to taste ⅓ tsp pepper ¼ cup chopped coriander
Boil water in a pan and drop spaghetti in it.
When the pasta is half-cooked, heat a pan and melt butter in it.
Sauté minced garlic in it until it is aromatic.
When the pasta is al dente, add it to the pan and toss it around.
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and coriander on the top.
Give it a final toss and serve this delight in just 15 minutes.
