This butter masala sweet corn is warm, relaxing, and full of street-style flavours. Prepared in just minutes with pantry spices, it’s the perfect snack for movie nights or for sudden cravings.
2 cups boiled sweet corn kernels 1 tbsp butter ½ tsp red chilli powder ¼ tsp black pepper powder ½ tsp chaat masala ¼ tsp salt (adjust to taste) 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
In a pan, heat some butter until it melts. Add some boiled sweet corn kernels and toss it nicley.
Sprinkle some red chilli powder, black pepper, and salt on top. Mix it gently on low heat, allowing the spices to coat the corn evenly.
Add the chaat masala from the top and stir again. This will give the sweet corn its classic tangy, street-style flavour.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Turn off the flame and squeeze fresh lemon juice from the top to add brightness and zesty finish.
Garnish it with some chopped coriander and serve sizzling hot.
