A burrito bowl combines rice, beans, vegetables, and toppings for a balanced Mexican-style meal. It’s healthy, colourful, and easy to make at home.
1 cup cooked rice ½ cup cooked kidney beans or black beans ½ cup corn kernels ½ cup chopped lettuce and tomato ¼ cup salsa or sour cream 1 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper to taste
Arrange rice, beans, corn, lettuce, and tomato in a serving bowl.
Drizzle olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Add salsa or sour cream on top. Toss lightly and serve fresh.
