Broccoli Kebab Recipe For A Guilt-Free And Flavourful Starter

Broccoli kebab is a delicious appetiser made by mixing boiled broccoli with spices, herbs, and binding agents before being shaped into patties and shallow fried. It is wholesome and great for evening snacks.

Ingredients

1 cup broccoli florets (boiled and finely chopped) ½ cup boiled potatoes (mashed) 2 tbsp breadcrumbs 1 onion (finely chopped) 2 green chillies (chopped) 1 tsp ginger garlic paste ½ tsp garam masala ½ tsp cumin powder Salt to taste 2 tbsp oil Fresh coriander (chopped)

Step 1

Mix broccoli, potatoes, onions, chillies, ginger garlic paste, spices, salt, breadcrumbs, and coriander into a smooth mixture.

Step 2

Shape the mixture into small patties or kebabs. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs until golden on both sides.

Step 3

Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
