There are days when you simply want to slow down. And there’s nothing better than enjoying some pancakes in bed. Try this eggless pancake recipe and have a vegetarian-friendly breakfast.
1.5 cups maida 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 tablespoons butter Pinch of salt Maple syrup as required Chopped fruits for garnish
Whisk the dry ingredients like flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt till everything is mixed.
In a separate bowl, mix milk and butter.
Gently mix the dry and wet ingredients to get a smooth batter.
Heat a pan and pour about 1/4 cup to make one pancake, and cook on both sides.
Garnish with maple syrup and chopped fruits, and enjoy your breakfast in bed.
