Bread Pakora Recipe To Make Your Weekend Brunch Special

Bread pakora is a crispy Indian snack that satisfies all the cravings during the monsoon. So, if you want to make your weekend brunch special this rainy season, why don’t you make bread pakora?

Ingredients

6 slices of bread 1 cup besan 1/4 cup rice flour 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon garam masala 1/4 teaspoon soda bicarbonate 1/2 cup water Oil for frying

Step 1

Mix besan, rice flour, water, and all the spices to get a smooth and thick batter.

Step 2

Cut the bread slices into triangles and dip each piece in the batter.

Step 3

Once well-coated, heat some oil in a kadhai and deep fry till the pakora is crispy.

Step 4

Drain extra oil and serve with your favourite chutney.
