Bread Omelette: Filling Breakfast For Hustlers

Bread omelette is the breakfast of the hustlers. It is quick to cook up and satisfies hunger pangs. It keeps you full until lunch and provides the desired protein to the body. Follow this guide to make it at home.

Ingredients

2 eggs 1 tbsp water ¼ tsp salt, turmeric 1 tsp coriander leaves 2 slices of sandwich bread slices 1 tsp mayonnaise 1.5 tsp unsalted butter ¼ tsp green chillies 2 tbsp onion A pinch of black pepper

Step 1

In a bowl, whisk eggs with chopped onion, salt, green chillies, and coriander leaves.

Step 2

Add some butter to a hot pan and pour the egg mixture into it.

Step 3

When the base starts to harden, add bread slices, and flip them to coat with eggs.

Step 4

Sprinkle pepper and add more butter on top.

Step 5

Flip the omelette to cook the other side and gently fold the sides.

Step 6

Apply mayonnaise and bring together the slices of bread. Your bread omelette is ready.
