Ingredients

1 cup besan ½ cup water ¼ cup onion 2 tbsp tomato, coriander leaves 1 tbsp green chilli ½ tsp chilli powder, cumin ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste 4-6 slices of bread Oil or ghee for cooking

Step 1

In a medium-sized bowl, mix besan and spices.

Step 2

Add vegetables and herbs to the same mixture.

Step 3

Grease a hot tawa with oil or butter.

Step 4

Dip a bread slice in the batter and cook it on a tawa.

Step 5

Cook for 2-3 minutes on both sides until the toast turns crispy.

Step 6

Serve the toast with coriander chutney or ketchup.
