Ingredients 

2 ripe bananas (sliced, frozen optional) 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) ½ cup Greek yoghurt 1 tablespoon honey Pinch of cinnamon (optional) Splash of vanilla extract (optional) 

Step 1 

Peel the banana and cut it into chunks. Place the banana chunks, milk, yoghurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon into a blender. 

Step 2

Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender for a cold and frothy texture. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. 

Step 3

Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately. Garnish with a slice of banana or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
