Having curd can keep you hydrated throughout the hot summer months. To make your bowl tastier, you can quickly whip up boondi raita. Made with regular kitchen spices and crunchy boondi, try this recipe.
1 cup boondi 1½ cups thick curd ¼ cup chilled water ½ tsp roasted cumin powder ¼ tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste ½ tsp black salt 1 tbsp chopped coriander A pinch of chaat masala
Whisk the curd and add water till you get a smooth consistency.
Mix in salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, and chaat masala.
Add boondi and mix well. Garnish with coriander and a sprinkle of cumin powder.
Chill the boondi raita and pair it with your meals.
