Blueberries are a rich source of antioxidants, which are essential for your skin. One of the ways to incorporate these berries into your diet is by adding them to the pancake batter. Follow this recipe to make a berry-delicious breakfast.
1 tsp baking powder ¾ cup of milk 1 egg 1 cup blueberries ½ tsp salt 1 cup flour 2 tbsp sugar ½ tsp baking soda 2 tbsp white vinegar 2 tbsp butter
Take a bowl and whisk flour, milk, baking powder, white vinegar, and soda.
When the batter is lump-free, add an egg, and whisk again.
Add sugar and stir until it dissolves. Add a cup of crushed blueberries.
Heat a pan and grease it with butter. Pour the batter on it.
When the base is cooked, flip the pancake and cook the other side.
Top the pancake with ice cream, more berries, and honey or maple syrup.
