Kneading atta can be a time-consuming and messy task. But thanks to a viral kitchen hack, you can now knead atta effortlessly using a blender.
Measure 2 cups of atta and 1 cup of water. You may adjust the quantity of water based on the consistency of the dough.
Pour the atta into the blender. Add a pinch of salt if desired and pulse a few times to mix.
Slowly add water to the blender while it’s running on a low setting. This prevents the dough from becoming too sticky.
Increase the blender speed to medium and blend for 1-2 minutes until the dough comes together and forms a ball.
Remove the dough from the blender, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before rolling out your rotis.
