Bhel puri is one of the most popular Mumbai street style snacks. If you want to make a quick evening snack, here’s a recipe for bhel puri, which doesn’t even require any cooking.
2 cups puffed rice 1 onion 1 boiled potato, boiled 1/2 cup peanuts 1/4 cup coriander leaves 1 tablespoon chillies 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala 1/4 teaspoon black salt Juice of 1 lemon Tamarind chutney Sev for garnish
Take a bowl and mix murmura, chopped onions, chillies, diced potatoes, peanuts, and coriander.
Add lemon juice, red chilli powder, chaat masala, and black salt. Mix well.
Add tamarind chutney and ensure it is evenly mixed.
Garnish with sev and enjoy your snack.
