To make the timeless drink, drop a sugar cube soaked in Angostura bitters into a flute and top it off with champagne.
For a classic cocktail, you can make a Mojito with lime juice, mint leaves, white rum, and ice cubes.
With equal parts chilled orange juice and sparkling wine, you can make a citrusy mimosa.
Mix vodka, cranberry juice, lime juice, and triple sec with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve a cosmopolitan.
If you like a cocktail with a mix of fruits, you can make sangria with orange juice, red wine, and fruits.
Pina colada is a cocktail made with white rum, coconut cream, and pineapple that will give you a fresh start to the new year.
