Besan ladoo is a classic Indian sweet that can be made with just besan and ghee. Typically, for the monsoon season, other than satisfying your sweet tooth, besan ladoos can help boost your immunity.
1 cup besan ¾ cup ghee ½ cup powdered sugar ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder A handful of chopped nuts
Heat some ghee and roast besan on low heat till golden brown.
Once roasted, let it cool. Add in powdered sugar and cardamom powder.
Scoop out small portions of the warm mixture and shape them into balls.
Press a chopped nut on top of each ladoo for an extra touch of indulgence.
