Soft paneer sweets stuffed with rich khoya and coated in coconut, Kheer Kodam tastes like a mini surprise in every bite. The outer layer stays melt-in-the-mouth, while the centre brings a creamy sweetness that makes these Bengali treats impossible to stop eating.
2 cups milk powder ½ cup condensed milk ¼ cup milk 1 tbsp ghee ½ cup grated khoya 2 tbsp powdered sugar ½ tsp cardamom powder ¼ cup desiccated coconut
Heat ghee in a pan and cook milk powder, condensed milk, and milk until a soft dough forms.
Mix khoya, powdered sugar, and cardamom powder in a bowl for the filling.
Flatten small portions of dough, stuff with the khoya mixture, and roll into balls
Coat each ball evenly with desiccated coconut while still warm.
Chill the Kheer Kodam for 20 minutes before serving.
