Bengali aloo bhorta is a must-add to the Pujo platter. It is easy, tastes good with rice and dal and is even easier to prepare. When you are in the mood to indulge in a no-fuss but filling meal, replicate this recipe.
1 onion 3-4 boiled potatoes Salt to taste Chopped green chilli 1-2 garlic cloves 1 tbsp mustard oil 1 dried red chilli
Peel boiled potatoes and mash them.
Heat mustard oil and saute garlic, onion, and red chilli.
Mash all of this together with a sprinkle of salt.
Add chopped green chilli and make small balls of this mixture.
Serve it with paratha or steamed rice.
