Beetroot paratha transforms ordinary rotis into a vibrant, rosy delight. Made by mixing grated beetroot, spices, and wheat flour, these soft, flavorful flatbreads are nutritious, visually stunning, and perfect for breakfast, lunch, or snacks.
1 cup whole wheat flour 1 grated medium beetroot 1 finely chopped green chilli ½ tsp cumin Salt 1 tsp ginger paste 1-2 tsp oil Water as needed
Sauté grated beetroot with ginger, chilli, and salt for 2-3 mins.
Mix with wheat flour, cumin, oil, and make a soft dough, let it rest for 10 mins.
Roll parathas and cook with ghee/oil on both sides.
Serve with curd or pickle.
