Beetroot is one of the most sought-after vegetables among fitness enthusiasts. It is rich in vitamin C, iron, magnesium, and many other essential nutrients. Here is a recipe for its juice that promises a dose of vitamins in the morning.
1 beetroot 1 apple 1 carrot 2 celery stalks ½-inch ginger 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp black salt
Peel the beetroot and add it to the juicer.
Add the remaining ingredients to the juicer as well.
Run the appliance until you have a glass of juice.
Top it with black salt and enjoy it with breakfast.
