Beetroot Dosa is a vibrant and healthy twist on the traditional dosa, prepared with grated beetroot blended into the batter. It is crisp, slightly sweet, and packed with nutrients, making it a delightful breakfast option.
2 cups dosa batter (fermented) 1 small beetroot (grated or pureed) 1 green chilli (chopped) 1 tsp ginger (grated) Salt to taste Oil for cooking
Mix beetroot puree or grated beetroot with dosa batter, along with ginger, green chilli, and salt.
Heat a dosa tawa, grease lightly with oil.
Pour a ladle of batter, spread thinly into a circle.
Drizzle oil around edges and cook until crisp. Serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
