Beetroot Cutlets: Elevate Your Snack Spread With This Healthy Delight

Beetroot cutlets are cute little pink tikki that add variety and a popping colour to the snack spread. Shining out among delights, people will be reaching out for these cutlets and giving you compliments. Try out this recipe!

Ingredients

250g beetroot ¼ tsp turmeric ½ tsp garam masala, chilli powder 275g potatoes ½ cup rava 2 tbsp corn starch 1 tsp black salt, mango powder 1 tsp chaat masala, coriander powder 2 tbsp oil 1 green chilli 1 tsp ginger, fennel

Step 1

Pressure cook peeled beetroots and potatoes for at least 6-7 whistles.

Step 2

Drain the excess water, and mash both the vegetables in a bowl.

Step 3

Add all the powdered spices, rava, and corn starch to the bowl.

Step 4

Combine everything well until the mixture is binding.

Step 5

Make small cutlets and keep them on a greased plate to dry a bit.

Step 6

Shallow-fry cutlets and serve with mint chutney on the side.
