Beetroot cutlets are colourful, crispy patties made with beetroot, potatoes, and oats. They’re healthy, filling, and perfect for an evening snack or lunchbox addition.

Ingredients

1 cup grated beetroot 1 boiled potato (mashed) 2 tbsp oats or breadcrumbs ½ tsp cumin powder ½ tsp chaat masala Salt to taste Oil for shallow frying

Step 1

Combine beetroot, potato, oats, and spices in a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Shape the mixture into small, flat cutlets.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan and shallow-fry on both sides until golden and crisp.

Step 4

Serve hot with mint chutney or yoghurt dip.
