When consumed fresh, the juice retains fibre and micronutrients that support digestion and circulation.
1 medium beetroot, peeled and chopped 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped ½ inch fresh ginger (optional) Water as needed Lemon juice (optional)
Add beetroot, carrots and ginger to a blender.
Blend with a small amount of water until smooth.
Strain if preferred, or consume with fibre intact.
Add lemon juice if using and drink immediately.
