Sharp, fruity notes hit first, followed by a gentle sweetness that balances the tang. Tiny bursts of pulp keep it lively, making every sip feel fresh, cooling, and instantly mood-lifting.
4 passion fruits, pulp scooped 2 cups cold water 2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste) Ice cubes as needed
Scoop passion fruit pulp into a blender with water and sugar.
Pulse lightly for a few seconds to loosen the pulp without crushing seeds too much.
Strain the juice to remove excess seeds while keeping some texture if you prefer.
Chill the juice for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Pour over ice and serve immediately for the freshest taste.
