Peele or meethe chawal is a traditional dish that’s popularly made for Basant Panchami.
For a Basant Panchami-special meal, you can make the rich besan curry with pakoras and pair it with rice.
Makki ki roti is an all-time favourite of Punjabis. You can pair it with saag to celebrate Basant Panchami.
Basant Panchami will not be complete with a glass of haldi vala doodh.
Phirni is a vibrant yellow rice pudding served with a sprinkle of saffron and dry fruits.
