Every September, the Mount Mary Feast turns Bandra into a mix of devotion and festivity. This year, from 14–21 September 2025, the streets around the Basilica are filled with food stalls offering East Indian and Goan specialities, sweets, and snacks. Here are five things you should not miss at the fair.
Spicy Goan sausages stuffed in pao, smoky and flavourful.
Rich Goan Catholic curries and roasts with tangy, spiced gravies.
Roasted black chickpeas, crunchy and perfect for snacking.
Colourful halwa, soft petha, and sweet crisp sticks for festive indulgence.
Fruity jelly, chewy dodol, and spongy fried breads showing East Indian flavours.
