Bursting with sweet, tangy, and spicy flavours, banarasi chaat brings the authentic taste of the streets of Varanasi to your plate, a delightful mix of crispy papdi, boiled potatoes, chutneys, and masalas.
8 papdis 1 boiled cubed potato ½ cup boiled chickpeas 2 tbsp chopped onions 2 tbsp chopped tomatoes 2 tbsp whisked curd 2 tbsp tamarind chutney 2 tbsp green chutney ¼ tsp roasted cumin powder ¼ tsp red chilli powder ¼ tsp chaat masala Salt to taste Sev and coriander for garnish
Arrange papdis on a plate.
Add potatoes and chickpeas on top of them.
Drizzle both chutneys and curd generously.
Sprinkle all masalas and top with onions, tomatoes, and sev.
Garnish with coriander and serve immediately.
