Lassi is a classic Punjabi drink that keeps your body cool and nourishes it as well. To make your glass of lassi healthier, you can add bananas to it. Here’s a quick recipe of banana lassi to follow.
2 cups curd 1 banana ¾ cup chilled milk 3-4 tablespoons sugar Ice cubes Chopped dry fruits for garnishing
Add curd, banana, and sugar in a blender and blend till creamy.
Blend in chilled milk to get a smooth serving of lassi.
Before pouring lassi into glasses, add a few ice cubes.
Garnish each glass with chopped dry fruits and nuts and serve the banana lassi.
