Banana Dosa is a sweet and quick twist to a classic dosa originating from the South of India. It is made with ripe bananas and relished for breakfast or as a snack. You can prepare it quickly as it does not require any fermentation.
1 ripe banana 1 cup rice flour ½ cup water ½ tsp sugar 1 tsp ghee or oil A pinch of salt
Mash 1 ripe banana in a bowl
Add rice flour, sugar, and water to make a smooth batter.
Pour the batter on a greased hot pan, and cook until it turns golden brown on both sides.
Enjoy hot with some South Indian chutneys!
