Baked potato wedges are the easiest and most fulfilling snack. It is a popular part of a Continental breakfast and is often enjoyed with a dip or sauce. Here is the easy recipe to replicate it at home.
½ kg potatoes 2 tbsp flour Oil as needed Salt to taste ½ tsp black pepper ¾ tsp thyme 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp oregano
Cut potatoes into wedges and coat them with oil.
Sprinkle salt, flour, and pepper on wedges. Toss them on a baking tray.
Bake the potato wedges for 10-15 minutes at 150°C.
Check with a fork for potatoes. Bake for another 2-3 minutes if they seem raw.
Let the wedges cool off for 2-3 minutes.
Toss them with a mixture of powdered spices and serve.
