The Italian staple pasta can be prepared with your favourite veggies, sauces, and cheese. For a cheesy and filling evening snack or dinner, make a serving of baked pasta for a wholesome meal.
500 grams of pasta 1 jar marinara sauce 2 cups ricotta cheese 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Dried oregano and basil Salt and pepper to taste
Boil the pasta in salted water till it softens. Drain the water and set aside.
Mix marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Spread marinara sauce in a baking tray, top with cooked pasta, followed by the remaining sauce.
Add the cheese mixture and sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers.
Bake for about 30 minutes, garnish with Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
