Bake Sugar-Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies For A Guilt-Free Treat

Do you have a sweet tooth but are worried about the lingering guilt that follows after you eat a dessert? Why don’t you try this sugar-free oatmeal raisin cookie recipe and enjoy your sweet treat?

Ingredients

1.5 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup maida 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup mashed banana 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup raisins

Step 1

Mix oats, maida, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Step 2

Mix mashed bananas, coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.

Step 3

Add the mixture to the dry ingredients and knead to get a smooth dough. Fold in raisins.

Step 4

Scoop small portions of the dough, line them in a baking tray, and bake for about 15 minutes.

Step 5

Once golden brown, take them out. Let them cool before serving.
