Bajra, or pearl millet is a highly nutritious ingredient that can be used to make a wide variety of snacks, dishes, and desserts. For a traditional Indian sweet, you can make bajra ladoo in just 4 easy steps.
1 cup bajra atta 1 cup jaggery (gud) 1/4 cup desi ghee 1/4 cup chopped dry fruits 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Heat some desi ghee and melt gud while stirring constantly.
Dry roast bajra atta. Add the melted jaggery, cardamom powder, and chopped nuts.
Let the mixture cool and shape it into small balls.
Place the ladoos on a plate and garnish with dry fruits.
