Bajra Ladoo Recipe: Gluten-Free Dessert Made With Desi Ghee

Ladoo is a traditional Indian dessert that can be made with a range of ingredients. To make the sweet gluten-free, you can use bajra, aka pearl millet. Follow these 4 steps and the bajra ladoos will be ready.

Ingredients

1 cup bajra atta 1 cup jaggery (gud) 1/4 cup desi ghee 1/4 cup chopped dry fruits 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Step 1

Heat some desi ghee and melt gud while stirring constantly.

Step 2

Dry roast bajra atta. Add the melted jaggery, cardamom powder, and chopped nuts.

Step 3

Let the mixture cool and shape it into small balls.

Step 4

Place the ladoos on a plate and garnish with dry fruits.
