Ladoo is one of the most versatile Indian sweets that can be made with a wide variety of ingredients and can be garnished with your favourite toppings. Here’s how you can make gluten-free bajra ladoos.

Ingredients

1 cup bajra atta 1 cup jaggery (gud) 1/4 cup desi ghee 1/4 cup chopped dry fruits 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Step 1

Heat some desi ghee, then add gud and stir constantly until melted.

Step 2

Dry roast bajra atta. Add the melted jaggery, cardamom powder, and chopped nuts.

Step 3

Let the mixture cool and shape it into small balls.

Step 4

Place the ladoos on a plate and garnish with dry fruits.
