Bajra Dalia: Wholesome & Yummy Weight Loss Breakfast

Thanks to its nutritive value, bajra is considered an excellent option for people who are on a weight loss journey. 

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Bajra 1/2 cup Moong Dal 1/4 cup Rice 1 Chopped Onion 1 Chopped Tomato 1 Chopped Carrot 1/2 cup Chopped Spinach 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp Pepper 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder Salt as per taste

Step 1

Pressure cook bajra, moong dal, and rice with a bit of salt. Then take this out in a kadhai and cook till it starts boiling.

Step 2

Meanwhile , in a separate pan add ghee, jeera and heeng.

Step 3

To this, add chopped onions, carrots, tomatoes and spinach.

Step 4

Now throw in spices like red chilli powder, pepper, turmeric powder and salt.

Step 5

Once the vegetables are cooked, pour them into the dalia mixture and combine. Serve.
