Bajra, also known as pearl millet, is a highly nutritious millet that can be used to make the Indian dessert – ladoo. With bajra atta, desi ghee, gud, and nuts, here’s how you can make the millet ladoos.
1 cup bajra atta 1 cup jaggery (gud) 1/4 cup desi ghee 1/4 cup chopped dry fruits 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Heat some desi ghee and melt gud while stirring constantly.
Dry roast bajra atta. Add the melted jaggery, cardamom powder, and chopped nuts.
Let the mixture cool and shape it into small balls.
Place the ladoos on a plate and garnish with dry fruits.
