Badam shake is a healthy and nutritious drink that you can begin your day with. It can be beneficial for your cholesterol, promotes digestion, is rich in vitamin E, and supports eye health. Here is how you can replicate restaurant-style at home.
2 tsp sugar 20-24 almonds 500ml milk ¼ tsp cardamom powder A pinch of saffron
Rinse almonds and soak them in hot water for at least 30 minutes.
Peel off almonds and blend them with cardamom, saffron, and sugar.
Heat milk in a saucepan and pour this blend into it.
Add a pinch of saffron on top and wait for it to release the colour.
Pour this drink into the glass and enjoy it hot.
Refrigerate it for a couple of hours and enjoy it for 2-3 days.
