7-8 curry leaves 1 cup soaked almonds 1 tsp oil 1-slit chilli 2 red chillies Salt to taste ⅓ tsp mustard seeds ⅓ tsp cumin seeds 1-inch ginger
Blend ginger, almonds, cumin seeds, and green chilli into a smooth paste.
If the chutney has a few chunks, let it enhance the texture.
Add salt and mix it.
Prepare the tempering of mustard seeds, curry leaves, and red chillies.
Pour the tempering over badam chutney.
Serve badam chutney with your snacks.
