Avocado Toast for breakfast is a simple yet wholesome recipe that combines toasted bread with creamy avocado and a hint of seasoning. It is filling, nutritious, and ready in just a few minutes.
2 slices whole wheat bread (toasted) 1 ripe avocado (mashed) ½ tsp black pepper powder ½ tsp chilli flakes Salt to taste Lemon juice to taste
Toast bread slices until golden.
In a bowl, mash avocado and season with salt, pepper, chilli flakes, and lemon juice.
Spread the mixture evenly over toasted bread.
Serve immediately with tea or coffee for a light breakfast.
