Avocado toast is a healthy breakfast recipe you must try. It is a good way for people to incorporate the food into their diet, especially if they don’t like its rawness. This recipe is also rich in potassium, magnesium, vitamin C, and folate.
1 avocado 2 slices of bread A pinch of salt Pepper to taste 1 chopped onion 1 chopped tomato Cheese ½ tsp chilli flakes
Take a tip of avocado and cut it into two parts. Scoop out the pulp.
Slice half of it and spread it on a bread slice. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and red chilli flakes.
Add cheese on the top and bake it for 30 seconds.
Mash the other half with onions, tomatoes, salt, pepper, and cheese.
Spread it on toast and bake it for 1 minute.
You can add a poached egg on top of each toast.
