Avocado is a fruit rich in healthy fats, minerals, and vitamins K, E, C, and B6. Adding it to your diet might be a little expensive but it will yield many benefits. The fruit is also known to improve the texture of your skin, keep blood sugar levels in check, and support the functioning of your heart. Try this salad recipe.

Ingredients

2 avocados 1 jalapeno pepper ¾ cups cherry tomatoes ¼ cup chopped cilantro ⅓ cup diced onion Salt to taste ½ diced cucumber 2 tbsp avocado oil 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 garlic clove 2.5 tsp honey A pinch of pepper ¼ tsp cumin powder

Step 1

Wash all the vegetables thoroughly and slice or dice them.

Step 2

Toss ingredients in a bowl along with some salt and powdered spices.

Step 3

Take a small jar and shake oil, garlic, pepper, cumin powder, and honey in it.

Step 4

Pour the dressing over vegetables and fruits right before you are about to serve.

Step 5

Add cilantro on the top for freshness and serve.
