A quick, creamy, and filling breakfast or snack with the goodness of avocado and the richness of cheese. Rich in healthy fats and protein, it’s quick to prepare, deliciously filling, and perfect for breakfast or as an evening snack.
2 bread slices 1 ripe avocado 2 tbsp grated cheese ½ tsp chilli flakes ½ tsp lemon juice Salt to taste Butter
Toast the bread slices.
Mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Spread the avocado mix evenly on the toasted bread.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Toast again in an oven, pan, or air fryer until the cheese melts.
Garnish with chilli flakes or black pepper
