Vietnamese Coffee is a bold and aromatic coffee drink made with strong brewed coffee and sweetened condensed milk. It can be served hot or iced, giving a rich, creamy taste.
2 tbsp Vietnamese ground coffee (or strong dark roast) 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk ½ cup hot water Ice cubes (for iced version)
Brew coffee using a Vietnamese phin filter or any strong brew method.
Pour condensed milk into a glass.
Add the hot brewed coffee over it, stir well.
Serve hot, or add ice cubes for an iced version.
