Biting into a sugar syrup-soaked malpua, which melts in the mouth, is unbeatable. One of the go-to traditional Indian desserts in the monsoon season, please your sweet tooth with homemade malpua.
1 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup sooji 3/4 cup milk 3/4 cup sugar Pinch of cardamom powder Oil for frying
Mix atta, sooji, sugar, cardamom powder, and milk for a consistent batter. Let it rest.
Heat some oil. Pour a ladleful of batter into the oil, allowing it to spread into a circle.
Deep-fry till both sides are golden brown.
Drain excess oil, garnish with chopped nuts, and serve.
