Are you hosting a match party to live stream an IPL game, but are not sure what to make for snacks? While fries and popcorn are the obvious guesses, why don’t you make your munchies healthier with Aussie Lamb snacks? The best part is that these snacks can be whipped up in just 20 minutes, and enjoy the game.
For a quick snack, you can mix tortilla chips, shredded cheese, chopped veggies with spiced ground Aussie lamb, and serve with salsa.
If you’re a fan of puff pastries, you must try making Aussie Lamb sausage rolls. Simply wrap minced meat with chopped onion and spices in a puff, and bake till golden.
Another crowd favourite is lamb meatball bites. All you need to do to make them is roll marinated lamb pieces in a mixture of breadcrumbs and spices, and fry or bake as per your preference.
If you are a fan of tandoori snacks, take marinated lamb pieces, thread them onto skewers, and grill to perfection. Serve with a chutney and munch while watching the IPL match.
Make crispy patties with minced Aussie Lamb and tuck them into slider buns. Spread your favourite sauces on the buns and enjoy.
Sandwich shredded lamb and cheese between tortillas and toast till crispy. Then, slice them into wedges and serve with a dip.
To make the Italian snack, you can take some slices of garlic bread and top them off with pan-fried Aussie Lamb, chopped veggies, and cheese. Bake till the cheese melts and serve.
