Ingredients

120 g noodles 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped ¼ cup onion, sliced ½ cup mixed vegetables (carrot, beans, bell pepper) 1 cup thick coconut milk Salt to taste ½ tsp black pepper Spring onions for garnish
