Are you craving sugar? Instead of loading up on chocolates and baked goods, try aromatic rava ladoos. They are healthy and can be prepared quickly. These little sweet balls are what you need to satisfy your cravings and boast your culinary skills.
¼ cup desiccated coconut ¾ cup sugar 1 cup rava ¼ cup ghee 10 cashews 10 raisins 1 tsp cardamom powder
Dry roast coconut and rava in a pan for 5-6 minutes.
Keep the mixture aside and roast cashews in ghee.
Grind sugar and cardamoms in a jar and pour it over the rava-coconut mixture.
Add hot ghee and mix with a spoon. Make sure the mixture is binding.
Add cashews and raisins, and start shaping the mixture into small balls.
Store rava ladoos in a jar and enjoy.
