This apple spice kombucha combines the natural tang of fermented tea with the cosy flavours of apple, cinnamon, and ginger. It’s refreshing yet warming; a perfect drink for the autumn season or post-festive balance.
1 cup plain kombucha ½ cup apple juice ¼ tsp cinnamon powder 1 small slice fresh ginger Ice cubes and apple slices for garnish
In a jug, combine kombucha, apple juice, cinnamon, and ginger.
Stir gently and allow it to infuse for about 5–10 minutes.
Strain into a glass filled with ice.
Garnish with apple slices and enjoy chilled.
